    Once I am TEFL certified, is that permanent or will I need to take the course again after a specific amount of year???

    Hi

    Once you have a TEFL qualification, you have it for life.

    However, if you were to leave the profession for some years and then come back to it, potential employers may question how current your knowledge and experience is – I think this would be the same in most professions though.
