I know this topic was posted months ago, but in case you’re still looking check out universities in Addis, like Addis Ababa University. They have a website and a complete application process online. I taught in Ethiopia for about three months but then had to leave because of visa issues. You need to arrange a job and get a work visa before you go. You can’t transfer a tourist visa to a work visa without leaving the country and you need sponsorhip to get a work visa. If it’s an option, you can go to Ethiopia and find employment easily on the ground, but you’ll have to go to a neighboring country to get the proper visa.
