    Hi there

I’m wondering if anyone has had the Physical Examination for Foreigners completed (particularly people from the UK) and if so, where did you get it done? It’s unlikely my GP would provide this service on the NHS as it asks about a chest X Ray and ECG. Doing this privately would provide costly. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Really Leo?

I’m required to have this physical exam with every renewal of my working visa. I go to a local government hospital. I’ve had two of them over a three year period. They give me a small booklet with all the information of the tests they ran. As the original poster stated, x-ray, ECG and more. Costs roughly about 300 rmb.

It might vary with each province? It could be your living visa that requires this exam.

Anyway loumills, I took both of my exams in China.
