It is illegal to advertise for native-speaker teaching jobs within the EU, that much is clear. Is it also illegal for a school to advertise that all of their teachers are native-speakers?

I would think that advertising that all your teachers are native speakers is just a statement of fact (provided it’s true of course). So I can’t imagine how stating a fact would be illegal. I’m not a lawyer though, so this is just my opinion, based on logic rather than legal knowledge!

That’s my feeling. I feel bad for NNESTs, but most clients in Spain demand native teachers
