I’m considering teaching English in an Asian country and have a question about obtaining the proper documents to work. I have a Bachelor’s in Business from an American university and I’ve been working in the US for the past 4 years (work visa). I have a Brazilian passport, so I would be considered as a non-native speaker. I do speak English as well as my native language. Has anyone gotten (or know anyone) a work visa from a non-English speaking country to an Asian country? I would like to know the process, if it’s harder or even possible. I currently have no teaching experience but I’m looking into getting a TEFL certification and possibly volunteering before going. I do have some preferred countries (China, Vietnam or South Korea) but I would be open to others as well

Thank you in advance for any help, tips and advice !
