As the topic title shows itself,me being from Turkey and my mother tounge being Turkish,I am a TEFL-certificated non-native english teacher.I dont hold a EU passport either. The more i digged into TEFL vacancies abroad platform, the less hopefull I ended up.I knew non-natives would struggle much while seeking a position as a TEFL teacher abroad but I have recently found out not holding a EU-passport is another burden.
So I was wondering if there are any other people out there going through the same two issues.I am looking forward to hearing about your experiences. Thanks in advance.

Teaching in the EU without an EU passport is difficult
Unfortunately, finding teaching work in the EU without an EU passport is very difficult. Discriminating against non-native speaker teachers is illegal in the EU, but still goes on… a lot. So these two things will make it very hard to find EU work. Sorry I don’t have better news for you, but that’s unfortunately the reality of it.
