Dear sirs: I am pasting the e-mails sent to me here for you to see. I applied here, but I got this: Dear Ms XXXXXXXX

We are very close to being at a stage when we can book your flights for you.

I have attached a number of necessary documents to an email which will follow this one shortly.

One of these includes the links to the webpage which shows the visa requirements in the respective countries. Please check the link for the KSA embassy in your country.

I have also included two more documents giving information about the country, job and universities that you will be placed at. You will be told exactly which institution before you leave for KSA.

There are two other forms attached to this leaflet. One is the document you need to take or send to the KSA embassy and the other is a translation of this document. This document gives the Saudi embassy in your country the details they need to start the visa process. For any more visa information please contact the KSA embassy in your country. It is a good idea to speak to the embassy before going there or sending your documents. This way you can avoid complications or multiple visits.

If you have any questions please email me or request a telephone call. If you have not returned the contract please do this as soon as possible. You can fax it or send a scanned version by email.

    Yours Sincerely

    John Ing

    Hi There!

I hope the visa process is going smoothly. We would want to have you here by the end of next week at the latest. Preferably this week if at all possible.

Could you please let me know how much progress you have made with getting your visa and if you still intend to come?

Do you have any further questions?

If I do not hear from you in the next four days I will cancel your visa as I will assume that you no longer wish to work for IGIT.

    Kind Regards

    John Ing

    Hello Chrisma

What was the problem exactly with these emails? I can’t see anything particularly odd about them.
