This is a Chinese owned company based in ShenZhen with an office in Beijing. They are properly licensed but my old roomie worked there and was totally frustrated with all the last minute schedule changes and cancellations which always gave him smaller paychecks than what he was expecting. The company always refused to hire him as a full-time teacher which means he never got benefits and was not entitled to employee rights. Maybe you should visit http://reddit.com/r/chinatefl or http://reddit.com/r/tefl_tips_traps_scams and learn how to protect yourself with a solid contract amigo.

Before applying for teaching jobs in China be sure to review http://chinascamwatch.org and the r/ChinaTEFL sub at Reddit so you don’t get screwed.

I worked for them for six months and although they did not cheat me, they do not care about your time and you will not be paid for 2 hours of dead time between classes nor even two hours of travel time. There were always last minute changes and the management is a cluster**** operation with 3 chiefs for every Indian. It is a typical Chinese operation – inefficient with no regard for their foreign teachers who earn gobs of money for them, and 200 an hour for the teachers but only for “class hours worked.”

Want to teach in China? Great, but be sure to check http://reddit.com/r/ChinaTEFL first! Plenty of surprises for all!
