    Hi all!

My name’s Tya, and I’m currently working as an English teacher in one of the language schools in Jakarta, Indonesia. My school plans to have offline classes after two years of studying online. However, some students (and parents) are still worried about the pandemic. One of my colleagues suggested having a hybrid class. We tried it once, and it was a complete mess!

It was surprisingly difficult to go back and forth from students in the classroom to online ones. Not to mention the struggle to monitor students’ activities and find tasks that would suit offline and online.

Have any of you tried this hybrid class? How did it go? What can we do to make it successful?

I’d love to hear your responses and ideas. I appreciate any help you can provide.
