    In Beijing China there were only three fairly honest and reputable China job agencies that expats used in the past with some degree of safety and comfort. One of them was Foreign HR which was created by Eric Liu. But money talks loudest in China and the most infamous TEFL teacher scam recruiter in China recently bought the company and is the new CEO – Rebecca Tang, aka Rosie Tang, aka Rose Tang aka Ruby Tang.

    In China there is a 2,000 year old saying from the Ming Dynasty that “A tiger never changes their stripes”. This is true as Rebecca/Rosie has now posted new ads for Foreign HR claiming Z Visas and University degrees are not required to work in China when we all know these are two legal requirements to be lawfully hired to work in any job in China. Lest we forget that Rebecca Tang is the very same woman that was arrested and pled guilty to fraud, salary skimming, and extortion back in 2014 when she caused 1,200 expat tefl teachers to be arrested and deported from China for putting them to work illegally with Z visa and fake uni diplomas.

    So now she just tried to buy the good reputation she could never earn on her own. https://www.scam.com/showthread.php?704467-UPDATED-China-Liars-List-ESL-TEFL-Teacher-Job-Scams-Internships-Exporters-etc-BLACKLIST&p=1972846#post1972846. This is sad and alarming news we must share with you. Please alert your teacher friends and colleagues to avoid Foreign HR as they are now being blacklisted world-wide.     Wow, this woman almost has a monopoly on China’s TEFL job market with all the scam companies she is running;

    <> China ESL

    <> ForeignExpats.com

    <> BeijingTeach.com (with Eric Winder)

    <> Golden Bridge ESL

    <> Foreign HR

    <> New Life ESL (with Derrick Yazwa)

    <> Golden Bridge Education

    <> East-West Education

    <> New World ESL

    <> Wan Jia Education (with Nikic Pedrag)

    <> Golden Bridge English

    <> Golden Bridge Visa (with Keith Curan)

    If only this lady was honest she would be a millionaire legally. Now she is the most hated agent in China. If she was so proud of what she is doing she would stop making up chinglish names and tell people who she really is. Her page at scam.com already has over 10,000 hits and even the Beijinger is talking about her which is a rare thing because she used to be one of their biggest customers for job ads! https://www.scam.com/showthread.php?704467-UPDATED-China-Liars-List-ESL-TEFL-Teacher-Job-Scams-Internships-Exporters-etc-BLACKLIST. Anyone in China who does not know the name Rebecca Tang needs to read this and the China Daily newspaper article that caught her lying a few years ago; http://esl-jobs-forum.com/viewtopic.php?p=13169
