From the perspective of professional educators with significant experiences in El Salvador and Guatemala, I want to know important issues regarding Culture & Best TESOL Practices. What does an experienced educator need to know before walking into a TESOL class in either of these two countries? I have taught and administrated on the Navajo and Zuni Reservations in Arizona and New Mexico, USA. Twelve years prior to that I have taught middle school and high school at magnate schools in Tucson, AZ, USA. I am expatriating, very likely to one of these countries and want to dialog with educators who have Central America experience to share.
