Can you recommend some must read TEFL books, blogs or papers?

Hello all

I am hoping to start teaching in the not too distant future and want to make sure I’ve done plenty of reading up until I begin, can you recommend me some quality TEFL literature? Whether it be “must read” academics, their books or papers or some quality blogs. I’d like to build on my existing knowledge, I am a reader of the academic journal ‘ESOL’, I am wondering if there are some big names or great work from other journals/books.
