    Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone is familiar with the London Teacher´s Training College (LTTC)? –They teach TEFL on line. I´m thinking about taking a 120 hours TEFL course with them, but I haven´t communicated with anyone who has studied with them. Since this is my first time taking an on line course and on top of that a TEFL course –I want to be sure that it´s the right choice. I already have more than 8 yrs. experience teaching, but I´d like to get certified just to have a certificate to show employers here in Spain where I live. If anyone is familiar with this training center or has studied with them –I would greatly appreciate any information anyone may have. Best regards, Cigana

LTTC is one of the few distance courses I accept – as long as the teacher has obtained some formal teaching experience somewhere, even if just for a few hours. It’s a solid, hard 120 hours work and teaches a well balanced diet of theory (including the IPA , of which the utility is debatable). It lacks of course any practical element. It is not overpriced.
LTTC certificates are also accepted by all the schools of Thailand’s largest non-government Education Authority through its TESOL recruiting centre. You’ll see the EDBA seal of approval on the LTTC website.

You cannot have it all ways but if you want it one way, you can teach in Thailand: http://nittayo.org

    Hi,

I have been working with them for about four years, owning a school that does their onsite courses in Cyprus.
I have had no problems at all and all the students seem to get the job they want after the course is over.
I follow what systematic says about the online courses and just want to add there is a lot of follow up and help for the online students, who can also link the course to teaching practice at any of the partner schools, which are all over the world.
