Challenge Acadèmia d'Idiomes, nestled in the heart of Vilafranca del Penedès, is renowned for its outstanding reputation and commitment to excellence. As a Cambridge English Exams preparation center, we specialize in teaching young learners, teens, and preparing students for Cambridge exams, ensuring a comprehensive and high-quality language education. Established in 2011, we currently educate students on our own premises as well as being responsible for running a number of additional English classes at public and private schools in the area.






We are looking for two passionate and dynamic teachers to join our incredible team. We seek creative individuals with a native or near-native level of English to teach children and teens mainly, but also some adult groups.





Immediate start required to undergo a training period, as we are eager to begin as soon as possible.






Position Details:







- Full-time, indefinite positions available for dynamic and experienced English teacher (2 years).
- Monday to Friday schedule, mainly midday and afternoons to late evening.
- Teaching kids, teenagers and adults.

Academic Year: starting November (asap) to 30th June 2025 (minimum)
Summer Courses: from 1st to 31st July 2025Teaching experience: 2 years

Native level English speaker preferred

Salary and Benefits
- Indefinite contract (31h/week), providing stability and long-term professional growth.
- Small groups (max.9 students)
- 25h week of face to face classes.
- Fully-equipped classrooms with laptops, WIFI and 65" touch screen monitors and abundant teaching materials/resources.
- Supportive, friendly work environment fostering professional development.
- Ongoing professional training through seminars and observations to enhance teaching skills.
- Paid holidays (Christmas, Easter + Holiday days accrued but not taken during the employment period).
- Salary: 2000 euros/month gross

Requirements

Qualifications
- English teaching certification i.e TEFL, CELTA, TESOL.
- Knowledge of Cambridge exams (up to Proficiency).
- B1 level of Spanish.
- Right to work in Spain (NIE/TIE)
- Native-level competence and pronunciation in English.
- A clear criminal record check and sexual offences' clearance certificates.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are willing to live locally in Vilafranca del Penedès or in nearby areas (especially if you own a car).
