Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of Eslbase.com is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use Eslbase.com for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.  By using Eslbase.com you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. Changes to website
Eslbase.com reserves the right to:

Information you provide
The information, text and files you submit, and any communications you have with other members or third parties in connection with Eslbase.com must not be offensive, threatening, pornographic, false or misleading, must not infringe the rights of any person or entity or break any law.

We reserve the right to remove any information, text or files submitted to Eslbase.com if we consider it to be in breach of these terms and conditions or in violation of copyright law. If a fee was involved, no refund will be provided.

Job, course, school and banner advertisements
If you post a job advertisement, a TEFL course advertisement or an advertisement for a school, you may only include information directly related to that job, course or school. If you upload an image, it must be your original work or your copyright. We will not be liable for any copyright infringement. We reserve the right to amend or remove any advertisement. If your advertisement involves a fee, you consent to the provision of the service starting immediately. This means that you will not have the right to cancel your order during the cooling off period provided for certain purchases under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. We reserve the right to include code within advertiser links to produce statistical data.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of information in any job advertisement, TEFL course advertisement or advertisement for a school, or for the outcome of any application or communication made in relation to the advertisements. If you consider an advert to be illegal, or if you have any other concerns about an advert, please contact us. For TEFL job adverts, please remember, however, that an advert which could be illegal if the job were in the UK may be legal in the country where the job is based. An example would be where UK discrimination laws do not apply to a job based in another country.

Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy forms part of this agreement, and by accepting these terms and conditions you are also agreeing to the privacy policy.

Links to third party websites
Eslbase.com may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.
