Study English in Skye believes that the town and streets can be an extension of the classroom, and that local people can be unwitting students and teachers in the lessons. Students on our courses are challenged and encouraged into exploring their use of English in real-life situations using tasks to focus their efforts. Teaching sessions prepare and guide students into using task-based language, and we offer large group, small group and individual courses. Our philosophy is simple: practical over academic study, getting students to use what they learn and know in the real world, building confidence, and lastly, making sure students have a good time.
