refund policy
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 normally state that
you have 7 days from the date of confirmation of your order to cancel the order.
However, when you purchase any kind of advertisement on eslbase, you consent to
the provision of the service starting immediately, and so this 7 day "cooling
off period" does not apply.
However, we want you to be entirely happy
with the service we provide, and will consider a refund if you have proper
reason for complaint.
