and the country where you live. If you are a level 2 member, you can also tell us the language(s) you speak, the language(s)
you want to practise, your Skype name, and some extra information about yourself (your "profile"). Other members
will be able to see all of this information except your email address. |
| 2 | We use your personal information to give you the best possible service,
and we may contact you to give you information about the eslbase language exchange.
However, we will only contact you if you consent to us doing so during the sign up process. |
| 3 | We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any
third party for commercial reasons. |
| 4 | We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of
information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in
accordance with the UK data protection legislation. |

| 7 | If you are a level 2 member, other members can send you messages which you can read on the website,
and you can reply to these messages. Your email address will never be disclosed
to other members, unless you write it in a message to another member. |
| 8 | If you are a level 2 member, other members will also be able to contact you through Skype, using
your Skype name that you provide when you register. |
| 9 | Notice for parents and legal guardians of children under the age of 13
If your child under the age of 13 wishes to join the eslbase language exchange, you must provide your written consent. Please write to us at the address below, stating that you have read this privacy policy and our terms of use, and that you consent to us collecting your child's personal information on this website.
