Acceptance of Terms

Membership

When you become a member of the eslbase.com language exchange, you have the option of providing some information about yourself ("your profile") and your Skype name. You acknowledge that other Members will be able to see this information as well as your name. As a member you also have the option of sending messages to other members which they can read on the eslbase.com website. Eslbase.com does not make your email address known to other members (see our privacy policy for more details).

If you upgrade your membership to level 2 and pay the associated membership fee, you consent to the provision of the service starting immediately. This means that you will not have the right to cancel your order during the cooling off period provided for certain purchases under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

You acknowledge that we are not responsible or liable for the behaviour of members whether on the eslbase.com language exchange website or outside of it. The information you provide as a Member, and your communication and interaction with other Members whether on the eslbase.com language exchange website or outside of it is entirely at your own risk. Information you provide

We reserve the right to remove any information, text or files submitted to the eslbase.com language exchange if we consider it to be in breach of these terms and conditions or in violation of copyright law. If a fee was involved, no refund will be provided. The information, text and files you submit, and any communications you have with other members or third parties in connection with eslbase.com must not be offensive, threatening, pornographic, false or misleading, must not infringe the rights of any person or entity or break any law.

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy forms part of this agreement, and by accepting these terms and conditions you are also agreeing to the privacy policy.

Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites. We reserve the right to include code within advertiser links to produce statistical data.

Severance

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
