Academic Manager required for Junior Residential Summer School

This is a residential post to lead a team of 20-25 teachers working with multi-national students aged 13-17 in our Lancing centre near Brighton.

The Academic Manager ensures the smooth running of the whole EFL programme at the centre and is supported by the Senior Academic Manager.

We are seeking a warm, supportive, hard-working and flexible professional with experience with young learners and at least 1 year's experience in a similar role.

The academic profile for this role is as follows:

University degree + DTEFLA/DELTA or Trinity College Diploma in TESOL

Equivalent qualifications will be considered, but these must meet the criteria of the British Council.

The remuneration for this position is £475 per week (accommodation and meals are provided).

The contract will be from 2nd July to 13th August (6 weeks + 1 day). Induction and preparation days for the Academic Manager begin on Wed. 28th June and attendance is obligatory.

Interviews will be held in Sussex or in London.
