Course Director, EFL teachers

Select English need teachers and Course Directors for residential EFL summer courses in East Anglia. Certificate level TEFL qualifications as a minimum. Native level command of English required.

Select English have EFL schools in Cambridge and London and currently need teachers and Course Directors for various summer courses located in and around Cambridge. Courses run in July and August.

Our summer course offers teenagers, children and young adults an intensive programme of English language teaching combined with a busy sports and social programme.

Teachers are required to teach for up to 20 hours a week and to participate in the social programme (which does include some evening and weekend work). Teachers should have a first degree and a certificate level TEFL qualification (Cert TESOL or CELTA) as a minimum.

Course Directors have overall responsibility for the smooth running of the centre, including overseeing of the academic and social programme aspects of the course. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills are required as are a degree, EFL qualifications (Diploma level preferred) and previous relevant experience.

Pay for teachers up to £310 plus free accommodation and meals and for Course Director £400 per week plus meals and accommodation.
