Teach English to classes of fewer than 12 children at private English language schools in Daegu city, which is the 3rd largest city in South Korea with its population of around 2.5million and 600 current foreign English teachers. Jobs are available all year round.

About Daegu city
The City of Daegu is located inland, southeast of the Korean Peninsula. Its population is around 3million. It takes around 1 and half hour to Seoul and 1 hour to Busan by express train (KTX).

Any Bachelor’s Degree


Other requirements
- Native English speakers from U.S.A., Canada, U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa only according to the Korean government’s immigration policy.


Required documents
—a copy of passport first page with photo and information (a scanned copy can be emailed)
—your original university degree or a copy of it notarized by a Korean consulate only in your country
—a university transcript sealed in the university envelope
—your personal resume with your phone number, full name, and signature on it
—one passport size color photo for visa approval application (need 4 more photos later)
—E-2 Applicant’s Health Statement (Foreign language teachers are supposed to take a health check at a hospital in South Korea within 3 months after arrival to apply for alien registration card.)
—police check record (criminal record) issued by either state (provincial) or federal (central) government within 3 months with it authenticated by apostille
