Oversee the Academic programme.

Observe teachers and monitor lesson planning.

Ensure regular teacher training opportunities.

Coordinate teacher recruitment and retention.

Ensure teachers are evaluated regularly.

Ensure schemes of work are written to high standard.

Promote quality standards in the classroom.

Manage teaching materials.

Requirements

A university degree.
A Cambridge CELTA.
A Cambridge DELTA.
