I have a family home in Go Vap, Ho Chi Minh which is a new build and has 3 rooms to rent with en suite. The house is fully furnished and with everything one would need including a Vietnamese guide who speaks competent English who will assist in any way possible. This house is situated in a safe expat community and is ideal for Travelling TEFL students.
Can anyone advise where is the best place to advertise these rooms for teachers looking to find comfortable, safe accommodation? I will be looking to rent these rooms out as of February 2012.
I would also like to get an idea of what is the going monthly rate for accommodation like this. Any help you can give me would be great.
