150 Hour TEFL Certificate

ENGLISH WORLD TEFL INSTITUTE is a Spanish language school providing internationally recognized and accredited Teaching English as a Foreign Language certification and a unique experience to live and teach in Spain at our centre in Valencia. Lately, TEFL has become a standard for teaching English around the world. By the end of this 4 week course, participants will complete 150 hours of training. Your TEFL Training is provided in the following manner:


125 hours of coursework material and in-class work with the instructor


25 hours of volunteer English teaching


While the instructor has the lead role in feedback sessions, contributions are invited, encouraged and welcomed from all; these could be in the form of comments or questions. When discussing a particular lesson, the teacher of that lesson is expected to comment on the lesson; developing an ability to evaluate one's own teaching is a very important component of the course.

Becoming a certified TEFL teacher, by an accredited training institution, is the only way to truly be a competitive force in the teaching job market.

Certification in Valencia will allow you to immerse yourself in the local culture while learning about the area through tours, gatherings, trips and survival Spanish classes.

Then at the completion of the certification program, we will host a job fair with area language institutes.



Cost: $1650 USD

A deposit of $350 is needed to reserve your place in the course.

Room, board and airfare are not included, however it can be arranged through the institute for an extra fee.
