The Teaching Knowledge Test Preparation course is a specially designed course to prepare candidates for the Cambridge ESOL Teaching Knowledge Test.

Like the TKT itself, the TKT preparation course is composed of three modules, covering:

Language and background to language learning and teaching
Planning lessons and use of resources for language teaching
Managing the teaching and learning process

This is a clearly focused course, and gives trainees the basic skills to start out as EFL teachers. At the end of the course, trainees will be ready to take the TKT at a convenient date and location.

The course is open to both native and non-native speakers of English, as long as you satisfy the Cambridge ESOL entry requirements for the TKT.

It will be useful for anyone aiming to take the TKT, whether you are just about to start your teaching career or you already have some experience.
