English teaching positions available in Kofu, Japan
Unitas Language Academy have several English Teaching positions available.
Two positions begin September 1st. 2005 and one position beginning October 1st. 2005.
We are looking for self motivated, reliable native English speakers with a University degree and international drivers license. We require teachers with a friendly, easy going nature who are can commit themselves for a one year period.
The position involves teaching students of all ages and abilities, from children through to adults.
The contracts are for a one year period and come with a competitive salary and completion of contract bonus.

Kofu is a beautiful city. I enjoyed my five years+ there and I highly recommend it, although the summer months can be quite uncomfortable if you’re not used to hot sticky weather. Unitas is an okay school to work for, although they had some real bonehead management several years ago. They would contact me every so often to interview for a job and then later tell me they didn’t really have an open position to offer me. Most of their instructors were immature, recent college grads who couldn’t tell a dictionary from a hole in the ground.
