What’s new this week

If you’re like most teachers, thinking of new and exciting activities every day for your classes is not easy, and often we simply don’t have the time (or energy!) . Our latest article has 10 ideas that need little preparation, to liven up your ESL classes!

If you are interested in teaching English in Singapore, Colombia, Turkey or Germany, we’ve added these countries to our English Language Schools section. So if you don’t want to wait for job adverts, and want to contact schools directly, check out the directory of English Language Schools.

The latest question in the TEFL forum comes from Monica, who says “I have an offer to work in the GEC English Center in Pekanbaru, Sumatra, Indonesia. Can anyone tell me anything about this school?” If you can help Monica, visit the Teaching in Asia forum.

There are jobs this week in Ethiopia, Greece, Poland, China, Mexico, Japan, Trinidad and Tobago and more. Here’s a selection:

Team Speak Spoke Spoken in Tobago is looking for a new General Manager.

Chuo Gaigo Gakuin in Maebashi, Japan, are offering 250,000 Yen a month to teach adults and children, either part-time or full-time.

Gushi Yonghe High School in Henan Province, China, need two native speaker teachers to teach conversational English from 1 September.

That’s it! Have a good week teaching…
